We build safe and affordable homes throughout Ottawa,  Allegan, and Van Buren counties.

Vista Green

Our current development is in Holland, MI (Ottawa County) and is being developed in partnership with Jubilee Ministries. This development, located near 36th St. and S. Washington Ave., features homes that are:

  • 1,300 square feet

  • Single-family

  • 2-stories

  • 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms

  • 2-stall garage

  • Crawl space, no basement

  • Part of a Homeowners Association

You can see a virtual walk-through of these homes. Lakeshore Habitat is currently accepting interest forms for this Holland development. Filling out an interest from is the first step in applying for a home.

Buttermilk Creek Townhomes

Our recently completed development located in Hudsonville, Michigan (Ottawa County). This development, located on Prospect St. near 32nd Ave., features homes that are:

  • 1,400 square foot townhomes

  • Single-family

  • 2-stories

  • 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms   

  • Detached, 1-stall garage   

  • No crawl space or basement   

  • Part of a Homeowners Association​

Although Lakeshore Habitat is no longer accepting applications for these townhomes, you can see a virtual walk-through.

Haven Townhomes neighborhood development

Haven Townhomes

Haven Townhomes is a recently completed, Holland, Michigan (Ottawa County) development specifically developed for individuals affected by disability. Haven Townhomes are located at the intersection of Felch St. and Buttermilk Ave. The townhomes are:

  • 750 square feet

  • 1-story

  • 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom

  • No garage

  • No crawl space or basement

  • Part of a Homeowners Association

Although Lakeshore Habitat is no longer accepting applications for these townhomes, you can see a virtual walk-through.
