Araceli & family

Araceli is a new future homeowner on her way to homeownership at Vista Green. When she told her kids, Aurielle and Maximus they were going to be moving into a new home, her daughter went to school the next day and shared the exciting news with her teachers.

“Prior to living where we were, the environment was not healthy. After becoming a single mom I knew I wanted my kids to live in a place that would be safe and healthy, even if it would mean that rent costs would go up $500 each month. It is worth it to me if it means they have a safe and peaceful home.” Aracelli and her kids currently live in a two bedroom apartment and enjoy going to the park, spending evenings at the beach, or cooking and baking together.

“Owning our own home will mean so much to us. It will not only be our safe place but it will provide stability and security for our future.” One of Araceli’s goals is to go back to school and show her children that anything is possible when you set your mind to it.
